    Hi there.

What's the best option to do this. I mean I easily connect right now to the laptop no problem direct to TV and it autosenses and changes to my TV as the monitor through and HDMI cable with the adapter for the port on the laptop.

However if I connect the tv / laptop and have the receiver also connected the sound will play only through the TV not through the home theatre.

What's the best way to get it so that when I connect my laptop it will also play through the speakers on the home theatre.

One thing to note is that the home theatre seems to have only an HDMI output port and not inputs

    Thanks :)
