    Hello,
    I preinstalled windows 7 yesterday on my xps l502x and I noticed that I didn't have the X-Fi MB disc, just a key for activation. Could you pm me with a link, so that I can download and activate it with my key?'
    I don't live in the USA and I can't access my dell downloads - it tells me that the service tag is not supported. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
    EDIT:
    One more question: how to get my camera work besides skype's video. For example, I want to make a photo of my room, but I can't do this. I can just make a video in skype. Quanta driver installed, but can't do anything else...
    Could you access your camera whenever you want to?

    That software is likely not available on the Dell Drivers & Downloads page.
    Login to your Dell account, and you'll see a list of software that was pre-installed on your Dell. You can download any of them from there. That's likely where your X-Fi MB software installer will be. (It's where I found the Facial Recognition and Dell Webcam software for my laptop.)
