Hi all,
going to sell my m1330 soon on ebay and would like to be sure that I won't be leaving any data on it.
I know that I can overwrite a HDD with dummy data in order to achieve this.
However, I would like to keep the original Dell partition intact.
Is it possible to partially wipe a HDD?
Appreciate the help.
Thanks

Could download the free version of this: Active@ Kill Disk Hard Drive Eraser. Low Level Format.
Boot it off a CD/USB and just select the partition you want to blow away...
Writes 0's to every sector, you could run it a couple of times to be on the safe side? -
Excellent! Just what I was looking for.
Thank you!
