    HI GUYS,
    i have installed Win7 in my friends xps m1530 machine (Core 2duo-2.00ghz and 2gb ram, 160gb hdd with 7200rpm, nVidia 8400m gs) i didn't install any update or anything. but still when i restart the machine i have got BSOD. is there any1 help me out guys plzzz.

    Could have something to do with the fact that it's an unfinished and unreleased operating system. :p

    You should download any available updates first, and the Vista drivers for the XPS M1530.

    i tried that way as well. i mean i installed the Win7 and did update but still i have had that problem. i didn't get problem in my dell xps m1530 system. it's only happening to my friend one.
