    Windows 7 back up and restore - Dell recovery partition?

    I like the idea of using windows built in backup, however when making a system image it wants to backup the recovery partition. I am concerned that if I ever used the windows image, it would break my recovery partition?

    Is it safe to let windows back up and restore when having a recovery partition?
