    Any ram thats 1 x4gb for my M1530 besides G.Skill? Its getting pretty expensive

    Considering that you probably are running a 32bit OS, and even if you were running a 64bit OS you probably do not need 8GB of RAM, I would suggest you stick with 2x2GB.

    I went with the G.Skill 2x2Gb DDR2 667 ram because they run Cas4. Here are some excellent 2x2Gb modules running 667 with 4-4-4-12 timings at 1.8v.
