    No, you need a 9.5mm drive. Very few laptops accept 12.5mm drives.

    Do any laptops actually take 12.5mm drives? I haven't seen one since my old 1997 thinkpad

    I put the Samsung Spinpoint M6 500gb hard drive in my m1330, and I highly recommend it.
