I'm having trouble with my wifi connection on my SXPS 16 with the Intel Wifi 5300 card. I will be downloading something then at random times it looses connectivity and i will have to turn off my wifi and turn it back on then it works for a couple minutes and stops working once again. If anyone has any solutions or happens to them I'd appreciate anyones comments.

Does any other machine lose connectivity at the same time?

What is the make and model of your router?

What kind of security is your network using?

Does this happen if you use a wired connection?

Does the lights on the router reset, or do they keep blinking like business as usual?

I assume your signal strength isn't like 3 or below.

Our first priority is to isolate the problem to your DSL/cable modem, router, wifi card, card or software.

I noticed on my xps 1340 I had a similar issue but a differnt card Broadcom 1510... I uninstalled dell's drivers and installed drivers through win7 and now the random disconnection problem is gone. Try to do that, maybe it will work.. Either way your network card is the best so far
