Ever since I reinstalled Vista Ultimate and tweaked it I've had some really weird encounters.

When I launch Fallout 3 then sometimes the computer restarts and on the event viewer I see this :

Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.

I'm thinking that it's because of all the tweaks I've done, disabling unneeded services and some registry hacks but I have no idea which of them causes this.
At first I thought laptop restarted because of the overheating (was playng F3 for around 4 hours with high overclock) but that's the only error I see on Event Viewer. Using latest DOX drivers.
