So as the title indicates, i get choppy video when i try to watch some sort of online stream such as youtube or hulu in full screen view. It's unbarebly choppy, just not as smooth as it could be. Does anyone know how to fix this? Fullscreen viewing works fine on my XPS desktop (4 years old), so i dont think its the internet. Any ideas?

Make sure you are not on battery power...the video card will default to power saver mode unless you tell it otherwise under battery power. I stream movies from Netflix all the time...never had the choppy issue, but if my internet is acting up...the video quality goes down.

Almost forgot...check your power plan...try High Performance if it's not already set there...

I watch videos all the time running on battery in Power Saver mode and never have choppines. I have to say that the TV shows I watch are on the SSD and not streaming off the internet.

yeah i figured out it was probably because i was running Azureus Vuze which eats up some of my internet signal. without it, everything is fine!
