Hey Everybody, I have a serious question about Dell's policy for refurbish computers. I received my current xps two months ago at the ending of my Complete Care Warranty (old one was water damaged) I was given the option to renew it then but I didn't. :( So, this past week when ever I watch movies or scroll up/down on a webpage I see two lines the distort the image (the best way to describe it: imagine looking at something though a window that has the glass side-by-side with no gaps). I've Email the Executive Customer Support Rep that was helping me last time. Even though I don't have complete care coverage anymore is there a some type of guaranty?

Edit: I've been lurking in this sub-forum since I had the computer, very nice and detailed place.
