Has anyone tried the new leaked build 10558 to see if the precision touchpad scrolling issues are fixed?

There was a mention in one of the Chrome bug reports about this issue that this was being addressed by MS in an upcoming build with a lower build number implying that this should also contain the fix.

I have an XPS 13 9343 that's been sitting here for months that I'd love to actually use but I spend way too much time in Chrome to deal with the horribad scrolling. I'd love to finally but this MacBook to rest instead.
