Hi, all. Bought a new XPS13, (9360). Wanting to start with a clean machine, I'm trying to wipe the drive and install Windows 10 from a USB. But I am receiving an error message each time I try: A media driver your computer needs is missing.
I'm stumped. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? I figured a clean install of W10 would be a breeze. Thank you.

Go into recovery options in windows and reset your pc without keeping data. Same as re-installing from USB, but a lot easier.

Really? That's the same as doing the clean install using a USB?

No it isn't, you can use my ISO (in my sig) as it has the boot drivers included and they should work with the XPS13
