I've just bought and installed a touchscreen into my Dell XPS M1330 !
I'm connecting it by using a usb cable, from the wlan case of my fomputer, so it's not a good solution for me.
I searched the web to find an other usb connexion, inside my computer, and I wanted tu use the USB wires of the WWAN card (I don't have it).
I've used a blank mini pcie card tu solder the usb cables, but I didn't succeed to make it seen by Windows. So, do you know if ther is anything to do to enable the WWAN port ?

    Thank you very much !!

I'm french, so sorry fot my english.

Why don't you soldier with wires onto one of the USB connecters from the underside of the MoBo?
Here is the pin lay out if you need it Documentation

Could you attach a powered hub and solder the wires to that? or use a hub and solder to the other port?

Oh which touchscreen did you buy? If this works i might do it myself! :D
