UK M1330 Owners ...

Did your M1330 come with a freebie XPS sleeve? I noticed a lot of early M1330 owners received their M1330s inside a proper XPS sleeve free of charge, not sure if this was just an addition for early buyers or maybe it's just for US buyers. I assume the XPS sleeve that I've seen pictured with these M1330s (eg M1330 Sleeve) is the £35 sleeve on the Dell UK site, can anyone confirm this?

Alternatively if you didn't get a sleeve with your M1330 have you since found a good sleeve that fits nice and snug?

Here in the US, as of last week, they were still being shipped with them AFAIK.

The sleeve it comes in, is black with vertical gray stripes on the sides, and is a great match, functionally and aesthetically, for the M1330.

Can anyone who placed a recent order (in the last month say) inform me of whether or not they received a sleeve with their M1330? I've just ordered an M1330 and would like to know whether I now need to find a suitable sleeve if Dell don't include the XPS one with it.

If you didn't get one with it have you since found a good 13-14" sleeve that you would recommend? I don't want a bag just a neat fitting sleeve to help protect it.

Received mine on the 9th of Nov, and came with the XPS M1330 sleeve
Theres a CD wallet and XPS cloth too

Thanks for that info, sounds positive if that was within a few weeks ago so hopefully one will be included.

Any idea what the £35.25 'Small Nylon Carry Case' is that you can add as an option? Sounds very similar to what people have been receiving for free!

 

I recieved mine on the 19th of November and it arrived with a XPS Sleeve and a leather XPS wallet for all your documentation, and also has space for about 10 CD's/DVD's

 

Excellent thanks H3rmaN, that's even more recent so looking good, no point spending another £20-£30 on a sleeve if I don't need to

I wonder why they don't list it as an included accessory, someone could order the £35.25 Nylon case when there's not much need for it, unless it's much more substantial than the free XPS Sleeve included and maybe has extra pockets and a handle etc!
