Well my hands are being heated while typing and that is the problem.
Dell XPS M1530 1 week old

    GPU idle Temp's - 55-65 C
Cpu Idle temp's ~50 C would never go below this

Havent tried to load on it from the fear it would explode or something.
is that normal? cAUSE I THINK IT'S NOT!

my Room temperature is about ~27C and it various to ~29C

Yeah it's an hot country, but still do you think i am going to die from exploasion of my computer? any time soon?

Those temps are perfectly normal. Too high is:
    CPU: 70-75+
GPU: 90+ (unless you're running an m1330, because then it's normal you can boil water with it)

As long as you're under these tresholds, you're fine. If you're still worried, check in on undervolting:
    http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=235824

and download hwmonitor or Nvidia System Tools/Software to monitor temps. m1530 tend to overheat, as do all Nvidia 8400 and 8600 cards as far as i'm concerned.

    -Victim of the m1330

They are perfectly normal temperatures. Nothing to worry about. Go ahead and enjoy your XPS :) Its a nice machine.

PS., can you please get us the spec' of your system in more detail?

But just in case, you might want to check on your drivers and get them updated.

Also, PLEASE use the search feature here :) There are like a 1000 posts on temperatures, whats high and whats low, whats acceptable and whats 'explodable' and so on.. :) Cheers.

If you were concerned you could always get a nice laptop cooler, like a zalman or something of that nature.

notebook coolers, probably 2-4degrees off..... somewaht useful

or maybe the artic silver(or thermal compound) on ur GPU/CPU hasnt cured yet...(it takes 200 hours for artic silver, think Dell has a large baking oven? :)

after a week ro so, my GPU idling temp has dropped about 2-3 degrees... (M1330, from 72+ to about 65-70)

Your best bet is going to be two things. 1st replace Dell's crappy Thermal paste with something like AS5. Also because the GPU and CPU all use one Heatpipe, undervolting the cpu will reduce temps on both. I will give you an example:

I am sitting on my bed with my 1330 and the fan is off and my cpu is running at 48C. GPU is only at 56C. Not bad for my little 1330 with no fan running.

I have undervolted my CPU and it's works great saved in max load about 10C, my CPU max temp is now 69 and after the fan kicks in it gets it to stable 64~ didnt try to load on both the cpu and GPU cause i dont really have any games on the laptop, in idle state th cpu got to 46 degrees lower 4 degrees then 50, i have also undervolted the X6 multiplyr.

Can it be the that the heat that i am feeling is from the HD? The heat comes from the touchpad, my HD's temp moves around ~43 degrees

Well tried to put some humor on this awful situation, anyway i am 21 years old and in some acpects it's "kid" for other people...

Now anyone has any idea how to cool my HDD?it's now even climbes to 50C and it's very hot, it's hot in here anywas and now adding it the hot feeling from the touchpad, i can make some eggs on it.

hey, I'm 20 years old and I'm just start learning these notebook tech 6 months ago and I'm not as pro as other but at least I know how to compare the system & do some simple tweaks on it. just be paitent and someday you can be a pro just like other.
you have 2 ways to cool it down.
1/notebook cooller (I didnt tried so I'm not sure how effective it will be but other said it 2-3 degree coller)
2/raise your laptop up (see my pic _ before I raised it up, it used to be 43-45 degree. I'm using Lego block anyway ^^! - I will do a thread about this later, when I have time)

Wow ... Legos I totally never thought of that. Lego's remind me the days before I had any video games ... those were a tough 7 years but then I was rewarded with the original Playstation :D
