    Hello all,
I placed an order for a SXPS 1645 a few days ago and have been reading a lot of reviews in anticipation for this machine. I have a noticed a lot of complaints about throttling of the CPU and GPU but I noticed this usually happened to gamers. I am not a gamer and the notebook will be used for music, movies, internet browsing, and Microsoft Office 99% of the time. Should I be concerned about throttling?
    Here are my specs:
    Intel Core i7 720QM 1.6GHz (2.8 GHz Turbo Mode, 6MB Cache)
    8GB, DDR3, 1333MHz 2 Dimm
15.6 inch Wide Screen 16:9 1080p Full HD WLED LCD, W/2.0 MP, XPS 1645
500GB 7200RPM Free Fall SensorSeagate Hard Drive
    ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5730 - 1GB
Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium, 64bit, English

    Thanks!

Considering what you want to be doing, you don't need to worry about throttling at all!

Nice spec that you've ordered! Enjoy it when it arrives! :)
