    Three Basic xps1530 questions

    So I have decided to take advantage of the 25% off, and get an Xps1530. A few questions though.

    1. Does it come with media center remote, so I can control movies or something from across the room?

    2. Does it have a quickplay type feature, where you can watch movies or music without booting up comp?

    3. In light of the graphic cards issues, should I wait until the next version comes out? My worry with that is that the price will go up significantly, since there may not be a coupon available.

    1) It comes with a small remote that fits in the express card slot that can control a media player
    2) Yes, MediaDirect
    3) The price will likely go up significantly. I haven't seen too many posts about 1530s overheating. 1330s on the other hand...

    Yah, ntos ure why that is. Says it's good until end of July. Anyone know?

    Also, would like more verification about overheating thing.

    Finally, to get remote, do I need to order TV tuner? Thanks

    I just got my m1530 and hand rest area runs a little hot compared to other laptops I've used. I don't know if this is normal.

    Also was I suppose to get a leather organizer and earbuds..Didn't get either
