Any firmware out for this yet? Or does anyone know of a workaround with another existing firmware? Hopefully one of you more tech-savvy gents can help me. :)

If you have the right drive, a PB22-J derivative, firmware VBM1901Q supposedly supports TRIM... if you can find out where to download it. Seems like people have been having trouble getting it to work, though. I think it's actually released by Mushkin or something so it may not like non-Mushkin drives. Also don't know what it'll mean for your warranty if you decide to flash it.

Ah yes, that's exactly what I was asking about. Seems like I should wait for Dell to release an official firmware flash, however long they may take.

I'm running a corsair p128 with flashed the latest firmware. You can find it in the corsair support forums.

In the massive SSD thread in the hard upgrades section on this site someone had some success flashing an OEM drive using a combination of mushkin, corsair and OSZ firmware and utilities.

TRIM isn't quite there yet as most AHCI SATA drivers don't pass the TRIM command to the drive. Apparently only the default MS drivers do at this point.
