Hello, I just got my XPS 9570 and frankly woow! However, when I plug my computer into the power socket, the computer does not sleep. I can hear the fans turning more or less loud. When the computer is running on battery, Standby mode is working properly. Do you have any idea? Even the Dell service could not fix the problem. Plus, I'd like to know if I'm better off using the Hibernate feature (with SSD drive) or not. Thank you

What do you mean the computer does not sleep exactly? Does it enter in sleep mode when you press the power button or from the start menu?

Can you run powercfg /sleepstudy and/or look at the event log to see what prevents the sleep?
