    HI,

My friend have spilled like a 1dc water on my keyboard, but in that second I lift it up and I think all the water have flown out, but Iam not sure...But nothing happened. It didnt turn off by himself, so i turned it off aftewards. I put in on the ground(keaboard face to face ground), then I used hair drier and i left it like this for one day. then I turned it on and everything works. now is the 5th day and it is working like ussual. Any advice?

    thx

It's already the 5th day, water most likely evaporated.

hope youre ok. i killed my computer the same way. spilled water on it when it was off. completely disassembled and dried it, hair dryer the whole 9 yards. waited over night, reassembled it, booted up fine. 3 days later, after regular use, it died on my lap. complete shutdown to black. never turned on again. im guessing residual water trapped between components evaporated, condensed, and finally dripped and shorted out the motherboard. tough times, hopefully yours is ok :)
