    I cant seem to find a model with 8gb's of RAM and 256HD with the 1080p screen. Is this option available?

    Can the HD be upgraded?

    Finally, is anyone using their XPS with Windows 7? Not a fan of 8...

    you need to change 128gb to 256 on the third model.

    Mine came with the 256gb and it is removable. I don't think windows 7 is a dell option, though I'm sure you could do a clean install with a usb boot drive.
