    So I assume new XPS machines will come with Bios that fixes graphics heat?

    It usuall comes with the latest BIOS. If not you can download it from Dell.

    Yup, they will all come with the A09 bios for M1330 and A12 bios for M1530. :)

    Latest bios for m1330 is A12, not A09.

    They should come with the latest BIOS, but Dell sells a lot of notebooks, so they may not be able to flash all of them. It's not a true fix, but a band-aid.

    Its kinda like someone who has a minor heart problem who takes medication and is able to continue to live on very well. It was never too crippled to begin with, but the medication helps give that extra boost. If it weren't then case, then loads of M1530's with bios A08 would have crashed.

    u cant fix graphics heat... u can only reduce it by piping out hot air out of the laptop.. which the new BIOS does

    Yes, no guarantee that the GPU's are fixed, just a bios to keep them cooler which should keep them running until your warranty is up. Keep away from Nvidia series GPU's until Dell assures us that they will replace for lifetime of laptop. Until then, buy at own risk...
