    SXPS16---6-cell/9-cell batteries

    so i know that the 6-cell battery lasts about 1h:50mins just doing light stuff such as web-browsing and word processing(maximum brightness, power saving mode). Anyone have any ideas how long the 9-cell can last while just watching movies??

    also is there a write up about how to keep your batteries in good condition?

    do a test with the 6 cell and then times it by 1.5

    Actually i dont have the laptop with me yet so i dont really know exactly how well the batteries will do.

    The screen is so bright, you don't need maximum brightness.

    If I make it the minimum (which is still plenty bright) and get rid of the backlit keyboard, I get about 2:50 with my 6-cell, and well more than four hours with either of my nine-cells.

    my 9cell lasts around 6hrs with half brightness on my 1340
