    Hi all,

Was previously running Windows 7 Prof x64, had a few s/w issues as l had loaded so much crap on.

Have rebuiilt using Windows 7 Enterprise x64, but cannot seem to find a way of making the bluetooth icon appear in control panel. Quickset shows that wireless button is controlling all cards (bluetooth, wireless & 3g) and it is turned on.

I have loaded the R226750.exe - Dell Wireless Bluetooth 370 Application A01, but still not bluetooth icon in control panel.

Also there doesn't appear to be a dell wireless 1515 driver. although windows 7 has a driver built in for this already.

Update: When toggling the wireless radio switch, there are two items in device manager in "Human Interface Devices" called "USB "Human Interface Devices". These two items disappear when bluetooth is off and then re-appear when l switch it back on. There is no Bluetooth folder in device manager.

This is becomin very frustrating. Anyone have any ideas on how to get bluetooth working. Dell UK Tech Support keep trying to push me over to paid support. Really unhappy with their support.

My company stopped exclusively using Dell this year because of our growing dissatisfaction with our interactions with Dell service. The funny thing is that, as soon as the company permitted other brands be ordered as replacements for our notebooks, only one person has ordered a Dell replacement unit. :D Service was a big selling feature of Dell and as service has eroded other units have looked more attractive.

    Thanks for the reply Bronsky.

Still can't get bluetooth working on Windows 7 Enterprise. Am wondering if a reinstall to Windows 7 Professional will fix things.
