A lot of times I will go to click something (changing from one tab to another for example) and nothing will happen. I will have to click it over and over again until it works. Also a lot of times when this happens I can go to some other tab, and it will click fine, and then when I go back to the first tab that starts working as well.

This computer is brand new. I opened it hours ago. At first I thought I had a faulty button since I had to re-click so many times, but no I realize it's a software thing. Anyone know what the problem could be?

Also web pages are loading very very slowly, and my latency will randomly spike really high (2000ms +). I've tried hooking directly to my cable modem, and that doesn't seem to be helping. I'm hoping its just a coincidence and it's a problem on my provider's end, but I'm not really sure about that.
