Anytime I lock my computer and the screensaver activates, the resolution drops from 1400x900 to 1200x800 forcing me to manually change it each time I log back in. This sometimes happens upon resuming from Sleep. Annoying.

any ideas on where to begin?

Yeah, I've updated twice as well as some attempted reverts.

I had this problem most notably after connecting to my plasma. A simple fn f5 fixed it after a disconnect.
