I have an XPS laptop (black keyboard) that I have gotten a replacement keyboard for and I need to know how to get the old one out and put the new one in.

Best way to contact me with the information is e-mail [email protected].

The best way to view how to remove and replace the keyboard is by accessing Dell's Service Manuals.

Go to support.dell.com and punch in your Service Tag (usually located on the bottom of your computer). Then go to manuals, and service manuals and click the appropriate link.
