Hey all, I just got my Dell back with a replacement MB and GPU due to failure... I used to run Wow smoothly with medium/high settings 50-60 fps, now I am getting like 10-12 fps! My 3DMark 2006 scores went down almost a thousand points (from about 2K to 1.1K).

Same drivers from the nVidia site179.28, and I just updated to 179.48. I know the Laptopvideo2go's might be better, but I was running the ones from nVidia before the swap.

    Anyone else have any issue?

For one, verify that your computer still has the nVidia GPU. Dell might have accidentally swapped it for the Intel integrated version of the board, which would be bad.

Another possibility is that Dell failed to apply the proper thermal paste to the card, which would cause the card to quickly overheat and underclock. That would explain the problem as well.

Yeah it's still a 8400gs, I have Ntune running now as well... the clock is 400/600 so that seems to be normal, and I am running at about 70c... Maybe it's just a fluke, but things seem a lot slower now... Meh... at least its running... LOL
