    Reformat problem! Help!

    I just finished reformatting and I'm on the desktop, but the highest resolution it'll go to is 1400x1050. I had 1080p before! Help? Is this a driver problem because I have not installed them yet
    Also I'm clicking the Eject Button and the DVD isn't ejecting

    Ok also I'm pressing the eject button and the dvd is not ejecting so..

    There should be a small hole on the outside of the dvd drive. Jam a paper clip in there.

    That should open it.

    I reinstalled drivers but which driver to I have to install to get the 1920 x 1080 resolution back? It's still not working

    Nahh, but you'd never guess what happened. After having a DELL TECH SUPPORT guy install all the drivers and help me, today after installing firefox and steam, I get a BSOD and am forced to restore to factory settings... My god..
