Anyone know of a way to make the QuickSet media keys work with iTunes when using another application? Big annoyance to have to navigate back to iTunes when I want to change the song or stop it, though the Win7 Jump List controls help a bit. Thanks.

Wow..learn something new everyday. I just figured they only worked when the program window you're trying to use them with is selected.
That's rad! Thanks for that Limstift. +rep

Nice find, Limstift. It works for me too. I was wondering if you guys knew you could also turn on the iTunes toolbar. You right click your taskbar, mouse over "Toolbars", and click on iTunes. So the next time you minimize iTunes it puts a mini iTunes control panel in your toolbar. If you want to put it off, follow the same instructions and untick "iTunes". It works pretty well.

for those that want to use this with winamp, its a bit simplier...
go to winamp preferences (ctrl+p)
click global hotkeys (on the left side)*
click the first checkmark "enable default_multimedia key support
i didnt checkmark the second one saying: "enabled" but u can if u want...
*i had to reinstall winamp because i tried to remove all the features i didnt think ill need during installation so i had to reinstall it with the global hotkeys feature intact.
