    Will i loose any factory installed software if i do a clean install of windows 7 or is it all downloadable from Sign in to Dell My Account or the drivers page.

    im not worried about Stage at all but the power dvd (3d?) and webcam software is a must. Also dell support and pc checkup.

    Is it possiable to get the facial reconition that i have heard about on my L702x 3D

    you will loose it all but it should be on your dell account, check first though
