Problem with my XPS 16 (PLEASE HELP)

This is the second XPS 16 I got within 4 months. after 47 calls to XPS tech support and 2 system exchanges just to still have the same issue.

when I log into my facebook account and try to play farmvile the system freezes up and flashes from a white screen to black and so on until I have to force shut it down and restart. now, I know that for $2700.00 dollars I should be able to play a simple beta game.


anyone know how to fix it because the last 47 people I spoke with didnt!
please help!

Simple; back up your stuff and demand a new one because this one is broken

Replacement will be there in less than a month most likely...

 

this is a replacement..so far every XPS16 i get straight from dell have the same issue.

note:
the following items have been replaced,

hd
mb
graphics card
lcd monitor
formated and reinstalled os
updated all drivers
ram
processors
fan

then exchanged for different system...same issue
then again exchanged or another system...same issue

i am at a loss for words here!

 

I really think this may be due to a simple thing such as a software driver issue like the video driver. It may have nothing to do with existing hardware since the problem still exists after the exchange...

 

nothing do with with hardware AT ALL. Go reinstall Flash Player or something...

 

What the f**k are you talking about?
You cannot play a __BETA__ Version of some __FLASH__ Software and think this has to to anything with your hardware?!
Your argumentation would mean that I could write a short programm about anything, declare it to be Half Life 3 and expect my system to make something of it...

Reinstall flash and probably change your browser.

 

I would recommend trying to reinstall flash and if that doesn't work try a different browser. I am able to play farmville fine with my 1640...

 

Maybe its the game not the computer, knowing that the game is beta...

 

I have a similarly spec system and I just had a similar problem with the screen. It happened when I was watching a flash video on full screen mode online. The screen went black and flickering to white and black again continuously. I was eventually forced to manually shut down.

So anyone have a more definite answer to this problem? Should I ask for a replacement?
