    Got a problem with the 9550 do i call customer services for a replacement laptop or call support for a replacement part to my screen?

    Touch screen faulty.

    Ask for new of you will get a "refurbished" part. aka second hand and not checked very well.
    If they say no ask for a refund, they tend to say yes :)

    Update is so i called Dell and the backend team are trying to locate a replacement 32gb 1tb model 4k from the outlet and they cant.

    Regardless of where i purchased this from they want to send out an engineer to replace the screen and within week 1 of this being used. I think thats not right as its left dell faulty.

    They can still offer a refund but i dont want a refund i want a laptop from them to sort.

    Otherwise i would of bought new

    Decided to do a refund and purchase elsewhere.
