    Hello guys

I just realized that when i reinstalled windows 7 from scratch i lost the pre-installed software for watching blu-ray movies. Can someone tell me which one it was from Dell and is there anyway to download it from Dell ? I don't see it in the applications folder. I downloaded a demo from Cyberlink but it's only good for 30 days.

    Thanks for help

Check Dell Smartsource. You sign in with your dell account and you can download the program again. Be careful though you only get 3 downloads per program, so don't delete the set-up file.

    Update

Dell sent me Cyberlink PowerDVD 8.1. I was able to upgrade it to 8.2 on-line but it seems that this version does not supports Blu-Ray. Am i stupid or Dell sent me the wrong CD ? Is there anyway to upgrade it on-line to a later version ?

    Thank
