Well guys! Feel free to post your 3dMark06 scores in this threat! And of course your tips for maximizing performance as well :p !

If we could use a resolution everyone has avaible it will make it easier for us to compare! So if you guys could use 1280x760 it would be appreciated!

You could also post what drivers/operating system you are using.

    Cheers!!

    *edit*

I just had my first run through and got 7141 Points in 3dMark06.

    Cheers

1280*1024 is supposed to be the standard.

1280x1024 is default in 3dmark06....everything else gives faulty comparison (if you want to compare to other systems on Futuremark).............thats why post your ORB link:

if you have a 720p screen, then say so. otherwise it gets weird.

    Oh really? Thats weird!!
Thank you for telling me! Mine was 1200x800 by standart! I wonder why :O

    *edit*

    I can not choose from 1280x1024!! Just 1024 x 768, 1152x864, 1280x720, 1600x 900 ..

    Why is that  ?

I also read that a SONY FW with a 4650 can easily reach 7198 Points! http://img196.imageshack.us/img196/664/sonyvgnfw45xati4650oc.jpg

So how come my 4670 gets destroyed by a SONY FW, which would have been 100€ cheaper if I bought it?

First real let down with my dell... =_= !

    I have a 1600x900 Screen.

chrusti: the vaio fw u posted: on the middle of the image u can read that this score is after a heavy OC (450/600 to 595/815), with stock values, he only got 5700-5900 score.

and as u said, ur screen has only 900 pixels height while 1280*1024 needs 1024, that's why u can't choose that.

    my score (default 1280*1024):

    3DMark Score 6646 3DMarks
    SM 2.0 Score 2491
    SM 3.0 Score 3061
    CPU Score 2142

You guys should specify what you have because if someone can reach 7000+ and others not even touch 5000 then we cant properly gauge whats what.

seems liek the original poster has the 4670 and the last poster has a 3670?

You guys are comparing 3dmark06 so the CPU is heavily a noticeable amount of 3dmark06 points over a measly P7350 for example.

Either you guys should tell which CPU you have or use another benchmark like 3dmark Vantage(which is mostly GPU intensive).

nice scores. 3670 with good CPU looks fine.

    myself have a 2.53ghz P8700 (2296 CPU score), T9800 core 2 duo is really powerful.... :)
