So i never noticed this before, but does this seem right to anyone?

I have a 2.13ghz cpu and yet it reads like 300mhz in system properties. its said 787mhz though too.., either way still wrong. i don't remember it ever saying anything other than 2.13. Does the cpu like on the fly change the multiplier or bus speed? if this isn't what it should be reading then i'd sure like to know how to get my cpu back to its original speed. I noticed this originally because i was in the bios lookin at some things while i was restoring my computer back to factory condition. and i saw the minimum cpu speed was 800mhz, current cpu speed was at 800mhz, and rated/max was 2.13ghz. so is this normal, or whats goin on here lol.

Also another unrelated issue; after restoring it i noticed that my touchpad mouse pointer speed is really slow, but my bluetooth mouse pointer speed is much faster where it should be. if i raise the pointer speed to where the touchpad feels right, then the bluetooth mouse pointer speed is like ultra fast. what gives

Yeah it changes the multiplier on the fly depending on what is actually needed....mine can go INSANELY slow ....kinda cool to watch it change :)

EDIT:::: i'm talking about the CPU
