    i never try the fingerprint Reader file encryption before , so i tried to encrypte a file by right click and choose " add to new encrypteed achieve just now... it is not working and error pop out ,
    code " 0xe72c0007 "
    "rnpipe: svr(psql::trayappsvr::00000001) not found "

    how can i solve this problem ? thank very much and greatly appreciate if someone can help me ...

    My model is XPS M1330.

    Re-install the Upek software. You may want to grab the latest version from Dell or Upek site.
