Sorry if it sounds like such a noob question, but I am a (very) new XPS 16 (and laptop) owner. So my question is: is it ok to plug and unplug (the powercord attached to the laptop that glows blue) the powercord while the XPS16 is running or do I have to turn it off first? Does it at all affect the lifespan of the laptop?

yes u can plug unplug at any time...

you dont need to switch off for that....

If it shows "Fully charged" and you are not running any heavy application like Photoshop or playing games, you can unplug it and use..
