    No 24 hour service?

    I guess time flies but it didn't seem like that long ago a remember dell's add campaign built around their 24 hour customer service and I just tried to call and it says they are closed. :(

    That must have been a long time ago. They no longer have 24 hour service anymore unfortunately. Not that it is a huge loss or anything.

    Is that just for XPS or all Dell's?... if it is I'll buy an HP then(I break these things frequently)

    I called a few days ago at 11:53PM something like that and i was helped.

    I'm still upset over the international service areas...I'm indian, and even i can't stand some of the customer support that India has to offer...
