How about buying a genuine copy of Windows 7 and then trying that. I hear Microsoft provides support and everything.

But i don't think that problem appears from fake windows 7, because my another laptop dell latitude also my desktop works fine without problem.

Maybe this problem appears from drivers, some people have got problems with windows 7 drivers.

My laptop temps are normal, from 45-55 Celsius. I know one thing that Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit runs smoothly without freezing on my laptop. But i want to work on Windows 7

    Should i try Windows7 OEM?

    maybe faulty gpu.
    maybe bad ram.

    re-seat the ram.

use google to see if your GPU is known faulty, I know the 8400m is bad.
Dont know much about the 9400m.

Try ram in different slots, different combinations.
