My 1645 just recently crapped out. I fresh installed the computer based on this guide and now I would like to re add a few things that I miss :( mainly the icon that comes up when I use the multimedia keys as well as the face recognition ( I know its lame but I paid a pretty penny for this laptop it better be flashy)

I was also wondering how I know if my drivers are up to date...I used the provided CD and only 3 things were "checked" so I got 2 off the disk and 1 (symantec track pad) off the support.dell.com site. I DL A10 but is there anything else I should consider getting?

If you used the disc that came with the system, your drivers will most likely not be up to date.

The multimedia keys are most likely Quickset: Drivers & Downloads

You also need to install the Intel Matrix Storage Manager.
