I still can't get multiple displays to work properly using WD15 docking station. The quality of the image on the 2715 is horrible even though I've selected "Maintain DPI" and its set to the highest resolution this display supports.

I realize that the 4k display of my laptop is not the same resolution as the external display, but is there no way to make this look better than it does? The only way to have crisp text is to choose "Maintain Aspect Ration" but then everything is so large.

Any ideas/suggestions? Only workaround is to log off and log back in once connected to the display. But then once I disconnect, i have to log off again and log back in to get the quality 4k display to return.

Did you manage to find a solution? Did you try any other docks?

No not really, still looks terrible and I'm noticing some apps don't refresh properly on the screen. For example, in MS Outlook, when switching from one email to another, the content of the email isn't updated to reflect the email I actually have selected. It's quite frustrating. Do not have any other dock to try it with but also weary of paying money for another dock only to experience similar issues. The only solution is to use a much lower resolution where everything is large on the screen. For some reason, I do not have the same screen refresh issues under those settings.
