Thread title says it all. It should be delivered tomorrow, but I won't be home to sign for it.

Anyone know how DHL is about trying to get packages the same day as an attempted delivery? I called the main number and asked them to hold it, but their policy is to have one attempted delivery. Need to keep the delivery guys busy or something?

I'll be sure to post pics. Hopefully I won't have to wait till Monday....

Overall, I am pretty stoked. Check out my sig...

DHL is very good, from my experience, about getting their packages out on the estimated delivery date. So I'm gonna say your chances of their attempted delivery tomorrow will be a 90%.

nice, i think the blue will look good. I think it will have the same beautiful tone as the red one. I just got mine today( (with red), and i was just amazed at the packaging and everything. I am too scared to have anything happen to this thing. It is one BEAutiful machine. Hope you love it as much as I love mine.

I was told that the blue looks just like the midnight blue on the inspiron 1520. If you can locate pics of that on the net, it will give you an idea of what it looks like. I've seen the blue on the inspiron in person and it doesn't look at all like dell's shots of it. It looks lighter on their site. It's a nice deep blue in person.

    Wow
$1,325 is a great price for that config.
I'm getting a higher price when I build.
Did you use a discount code or anything?

My company has a really good discount from Dell.

But I think something screwy happened and I am not going to complain. I priced it out online and it was $1580. But they didn't have the midnight blue on the EPP website, so I called the EPP phone number.

I specified the same exact config, he had to get the order from the retail side, then transfer it over to the EPP side. He then gave me the price and I was like "what???".

I couldn't give him my credit card info fast enough.

Niceeeee. I configured the same and it comes down to about ~1450 with my EPP discount (and without the extra battery). Not bad.

PLEASE post some photos once you receive it. I'm thinking of buying a blue one myself.

Didn't get as good of a deal when I called Dell, but not bad at all.

    I ordered:

    XPS M1530 In Tuxedo Black
    Intel Core 2 Duo T7250 (2.0GHz/800Mhz FSB 2M L2 Cache)
    3GB, DDR2, 667MHz
    Hi-Res, Glossy (1440x900)
    256MB NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT
    160G 7200RPM SATA Hard Drive
    Windows Vista Home Premium
    8X DVD+/-RW
    Intel 4965AGN Wireless-N Mini-card
85 WHr 9-cell Lithium Ion Primary Battery, for XPS M1530
    3 Year In-Home Warranty
1 year LoJack Theft Recovery Service
Dell Wirless 355 Bluetooth Module (2.0+EDR)
    1 year Datasafe Online 10GB

I've gotten my last two Dells within 5 days though.
