    Hi!

I finally got a hold of a MediaDirect4.0 CD, and I wanna install it on my M1330 to get rid of the MD partition.

In an ideal world I would be able to do that without reinstalling Vista. Can I just use gParted to delete the small 47MB partition at the beginning and the big MD partition at the end of the HDD, extend the Windows partition to the beginning (plus 47MB), and my D: partition to the end (plus 2GB), and then use the Vista DVD to make the OS boot again?

    Thanks!
