I am running BIOS v. A05. Up until a week ago, I was having intermittent hang issues when booting up my lappie. Last week, I noticed Dell had released the A05 BIOS and one of the change notes was:

'Fixed an issue that system intermittently hangs during boot up to DOS repeatly'

Well, the A05 BIOS still has this problem, however it is less frequent than with the A04 BIOS.

Anyone else notice this issue? Have you fallen back to A03? I was thinking about going back to A03 but one of the main fixes in A04+ was better thermal control.

Just curious what others are doing who have had this issue with A04 and A05.

    Thanks.
