    i'm planning to buy an xps M1530 next month in uk probably from currys or pcworld and wanted to
    know if dell solved the problem of the grainy screen on the xps ?

    well, if u ordered online from dell, then yes most likely. if u buy from retail, god knows how old the stock is so, u might get a bad one.

    i don't know about the june batch but i know about people in the uk who bought in may and got grainy screen..

    btw you could open it in the shop and check for anomalies
