    M1530 fingerprint Reader suite problem

    i never try the fingerprint Reader file encryption before , so i tried to encrypte a file by right click and choose " add to new encrypteed achieve just now... it is not working and error pop out ,
    code " 0xe72c0007 "
    "rnpipe: svr(psql::trayappsvr::00000001) not found "

    how can i solve this problem ? thank very much and greatly appreciate if someone can help me ...

    Would recommend you to uninstall the application. After that, use CCleaner to clear out stray entries. Restart your computer. Then, install the application again and if you are disabling anything from msconfig, don't for the moment. See if everything works out and report back. :)

    In addition to what Adit has mentioned, you can try installing the latest build here. Do uninstall your original software first though.

    thank ! thank ! thank ! and million of thanks !...i uninstall the previous software like adit told me , and use monakh provided fingerprint reader software... it work perfectly !! i had to do a lot of tries last time to get a success finger swipe... now i just do once and it recognize immediately... very good =D... thank very much again =)..and it has no problem to encrypte a file at all , somemore it can lock an application too...

    Hey,

    I'm experiencing the same problem with my xps M1330. However I can't seem to uninstall the original fingerprint reader suite...it asks me to insert a CD in order to uninstall..Dell didnt provide a cd for the fingerprint reader. How did you uninstall yours? Thanks in advance.

    it wont let me install it without deleting fingerprint reader suite 5.6 first
