    Dell XPS M1530 (Windows 7 32-bit)

I recently bought a Hitachi Deskstar 3TB Hard Drive. I put it inside an external enclosure. For some reason when i try to format it, it only recognizes 746GB. I've tried to search for the solution for several hours and nothing I've had no luck trying to find the solution. Can someone help me please? I'm running Windows 7 32-bit. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Perhaps This will shed some light on your problem. It's about the LBA, and win7 x86's inability to use drives greater than 2.2TB.
