Well... I've been thinking of buying the M1530 for summer holidays, but now dell has a very good offer on them - -150 GBP. What do you think, should I order it now or wait till 20 of may and order it then? (on 23 of June im leaving for holidays)

I will order it over the phone, I hope they will let me use the discount codes and choose red chassis colour + WSXGA .

    total (with 10% voucher used):
    £688.19 + £90 for WSXGA screen = £778.19

Do you have any tips for telephone orders? Can I bring the price further down after applying the voucher? Do I have a chance of getting RED chassis without buying the product (RED) edition? Finally, shall I wait or order now?

Well, if you wait there's always a chance you may not get it in time for your holiday. In reality there's never a good time to buy a computer, especially with Dell. The deals are always changing. It's now or never. ;)
